Ritesh founded Dexterity Venture to close a gap he kept seeing inside large organisations: AI, sustainability, customer experience and digital transformation are run as parallel programs, with parallel governance, parallel tooling and parallel narratives — and the board is left to reconcile decks that were never designed to fit.
Across two decades of operating roles, he has led AI and analytics functions, built sustainability data platforms, stood up CX systems for regulated industries, and run enterprise transformation programs end-to-end. The CONVERGE curriculum is the distilled operating manual from that work.
He sits on advisory boards for AI governance, sustainability disclosure and convergent leadership programs across India, the UAE and the EU.
